Awarded for the best video taken on holiday
(Must have been taken or completed in the preceeding 12 months.)
Annual Competitions (March)
The Gosport Cup.
Awarded for the best technically made film/video overall, including editing, titling, picture quality, sound quality,film construction content, imagination, originality and creativity as determined by the judges.
The Alverstoke Trophy
Awarded for the most interesting or entertaining film / video as determined by the judges.
The Mitchell Trophy
Awarded for the best use of sound as determined by the judges.
The Autumn Competitions (October)
The Raby Shield
Awarded for the best technically made film / video overall.
The John Houston Trophy
Awarded for the best animated film / video
The Billinghurst Trophy
Awarded for the best best film / video which depicts aspects of Hampshire, taken within the County's borders or adjacent waters.
The One Reeler Competition (Last Meeting before Christmas)
Films or videos are restricted to a maximum of 5 minutes duration.
Open only to members who have never won a club competition.
